Dr Kubo Mačák is a Professor of International Law at the University of Exeter and the General Editor of the Cyber Law Toolkit, an interactive resource on the international law of cyber operations. He previously served as a legal adviser at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Geneva and has held research fellowships at the Universities of Leiden, Bonn, Haifa, and Wuhan, following his DPhil at the University of Oxford.
