Harriet Moynihan is the Head of Accountability in International Law at the Oxford Institute of Technology and Justice within the Blavatnik School of Government, and an Associate Fellow at Chatham House. Previously the Director of the International Law Programme at Chatham House, she also served as a legal adviser at the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office for eight years and practiced competition law at Clifford Chance LLP.
