Deze cursus brengt vier afzonderlijke categorieën van AI-gerelateerde risico’s in kaart, duikt in de AI-triade van algoritmen, data en compute om uit te leggen waarom staten rekenkracht zijn gaan zien als een hefboom voor interventie, en onderzoekt zowel de belofte als de grenzen van die aanpak terwijl de technologie en de geopolitieke strijd eromheen zich blijven ontwikkelen.
